Wolf Creek Ski Lodge
South Fork, Colorado
Reliant Construction partnered with ownership to transform the Wolf Creek Ski Lodge into a modern, guest-focused destination. This comprehensive renovation combined thoughtful design, coordinated engineering, and durable, high-quality finishes to elevate both the guest experience and daily operations.
A Phased Approach to Minimize Disruption
To keep the lodge operational throughout construction, the project was delivered in three carefully planned phases. This approach allowed key areas to remain open while upgrades progressed.
Phase 1: Guest Experience Enhancements
Renovation of primary public areas, including registration, food and beverage spaces, and gathering areas—creating an immediate upgrade to the guest experience.
Phase 2: Outdoor & Amenity Improvements
Expansion of outdoor spaces, including patios, decks, and recreation areas. Enhancements such as upgraded hot tub enclosures and gathering spaces extended usability year-round.
Phase 3: Operational & Back-of-House Upgrades
Renovation and expansion of office, laundry, and storage facilities to improve efficiency, increase capacity, and support long-term operations.
This phased strategy reduced downtime and ensured a smooth transition from construction to full operation.
