Colorado Springs, Colorado – Construction Consulting Solutions, dba Reliant Construction, is proud to announce it has been awarded Sourcewell Master Agreement #051926 for Pre-Engineered Buildings with Related Materials and Services. The competitively awarded cooperative purchasing contract positions Reliant Construction to provide turnkey Construction solutions to eligible public agencies, including K-12 school districts, higher education institutions, municipalities, counties, state and federal agencies, tribal governments, and nonprofit organizations across the United States and Canada. The agreement is effective for four years, with the potential for extensions up to seven years.

The award marks a significant milestone for Reliant Construction and supports the company’s continued growth as a national design-build contractor. To support the contract, Reliant has assembled a network of industry-leading manufacturing partners, including Nucor Buildings Group, Morton Buildings, and ElevenTen Systems, providing customers with access to steel-frame buildings, wood-frame metal buildings, hybrid systems, cold-formed steel structures, prefabricated building systems, and complete design-build services at discounted rates. The contract also includes related site preparation, installation, demolition, maintenance, and repair services.

Through its partnership with Nucor Buildings Group, Reliant Construction can leverage a nationwide network of more than 2,800 Authorized Builders representing American Buildings, Nucor Building Systems, CBC Steel Buildings, and Kirby Building Systems. The partnership with Morton Buildings expands delivery capabilities through more than 100 company-owned Construction Centers nationwide, while ElevenTen Systems brings advanced prefabricated cold-formed steel manufacturing and engineering expertise for innovative building solutions.

The Sourcewell cooperative purchasing program enables eligible agencies to purchase through a competitively solicited contract, reducing procurement time while maintaining compliance with applicable purchasing requirements. Through this contract, Reliant Construction will deliver complete building solutions for a wide variety of facility types, including public works facilities, maintenance buildings, fire stations, recreation facilities, educational buildings, aviation hangars, municipal facilities, commercial buildings, and other public infrastructure projects.
