The project included a 3,800-square-foot addition featuring six upscale bowling lanes, a custom bar and reception area, arcade gaming space, lounge seating, and guest gathering areas, along with the renovation of approximately 2,500 square feet of existing resort space. Every aspect of the project was thoughtfully coordinated to create a seamless extension of The Broadmoor’s luxury brand and architectural character.

Executing construction within an active five-star resort environment required meticulous scheduling, close collaboration with ownership and design teams, and a relentless commitment to quality.
