Pikes Peak Apartment Renovation
Colorado Springs, Colorado
Reimagining spaces
At Reliant Construction, we specialize in transforming underutilized properties into vibrant, modern living environments. Our work on The Montelana Apartments, formerly the Pikes Peak Apartments, demonstrates how strategic vision and expert construction can unlock the full potential of an existing space.
A Vision Brought to Life
This project involved converting a former hotel into contemporary apartment homes, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units tailored to today’s residents. Partnering with ownership and a local architect, our team delivered a seamless transition from concept to completion.
Reliant Construction led every phase, providing comprehensive services—from materials and labor to equipment and project management.
Thoughtful Design Meets Expert Execution
This was more than a renovation—it was a complete reimagining. The adaptive reuse scope included:
• Transforming interior layouts into functional apartment units
• Upgrading mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Strengthening structural performance
• Coordinating across trades to ensure efficiency and precision
Every element was executed with a focus on quality, livability, and long-term performance.
Built for Performance and Efficiency
Strong coordination and disciplined project management kept construction on track, resulting in an efficient process that emphasized quality and accountability throughout.
Collaboration That Drives Results
Close collaboration with ownership, design teams, and stakeholders ensured alignment at every stage. This approach allowed us to anticipate challenges, adapt quickly, and deliver results that exceeded expectations.
