Reliant Construction’s leadership brings decades of government contracting experience to every federal project we pursue. President Wendel Torres and Vice President Brad Hix have worked in government contracting since 1987, building extensive experience navigating the requirements, standards, and complexities unique to public-sector construction.

Prior to founding Reliant Construction, Torres and Hix completed numerous federal projects through their previous company, Torix General Contractors. Their experience includes work for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Air Force, General Services Administration, Federal Bureau of Prisons, and other federal agencies at military installations and government facilities throughout the United States.

This history provides Reliant with leadership that understands the demands of federal construction—from contract administration and quality control to security, safety, scheduling, documentation, and coordination within active government and military environments. The company name has changed, but the federal experience behind our leadership spans nearly four decades.
