Reliant Construction provided comprehensive construction services for the Three Graces Pool complex at Garden of the Gods Club & Resort, coordinating the development of a premier pool, hospitality, and amenity facility within one of Colorado Springs’ most distinguished private club environments.
Located adjacent to the existing Three Graces Patio and overlooking the iconic Garden of the Gods landscape, the project included the construction of a new swimming pool, a poolside bar and lounge facility, a dedicated restroom building, extensive site improvements, decorative hardscape features, and supporting infrastructure designed to elevate the club’s outdoor experience.

The Three Graces Pool project required coordination of multiple construction disciplines to deliver a seamless, high-end hospitality environment. Reliant Construction managed and completed:
- Construction of a new resort-style swimming pool
- Development of a new pool facility building featuring a covered bar and lounge area
- Construction of a standalone restroom building
- Installation of extensive concrete pool decks, patios, retaining walls, and planter curbs
- Integration with the existing Three Graces patio and surrounding amenities
- Decorative stone veneer, stone caps, and architectural masonry elements
- Structural steel, custom timber trusses, pergolas, and specialty wood features
- Pool equipment systems, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection infrastructure
- Decorative fencing, gates, railings, and security features
- Site drainage improvements, trench drains, deck drains, and utility coordination
- Construction of the signature Three Graces fountain feature and surrounding hardscape elements
Construction Challenges
Building within an active hospitality environment required detailed planning and coordination to minimize disruption to club operations while maintaining safety and accessibility throughout construction. The project also involved complex site grading, utility integration, structural revisions, winter construction conditions, and coordination among multiple design consultants and specialty trades.

Decorative concrete, custom railings, stone-clad structures, and a prominent water feature create a refined resort atmosphere that enhances the member experience.
