Project Setup & Management

The project began with full site mobilization, including temporary facilities, equipment staging, and logistical planning. Reliant Construction coordinated all permitting and inspections while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient jobsite. Comprehensive waste management, detailed final cleaning, and consistent on-site supervision ensured a seamless process from start to finish.

Plumbing Systems

The plumbing scope included tying new domestic water and sanitary systems into existing infrastructure. Key fixture installations included a kitchen sink, garbage disposal, lavatory, and a 60” x 34” shower unit. Additional work involved gas piping for the water heater, insulated hot water distribution, and full system testing, flushing, and sterilization to ensure performance and code compliance.

HVAC Installation

A Daikin 19 Series heat pump system was installed to provide reliable climate control. This 24,000 BTU single-zone system was fully commissioned to deliver optimal energy efficiency and consistent comfort throughout the space.

Electrical Systems

Electrical work included the installation of a new 200-amp, single-phase service with a 42-circuit panel. The team completed all wiring for the kitchen and restroom areas, including connections for the electric water heater, and coordinated all required inspections to ensure full code compliance.

Interior Build-Out

The lounge space was constructed as part of the tenant improvement scope, with seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Careful coordination across all trades resulted in an efficient workflow and a cohesive, high-quality finished space.

Project Closeout

The project concluded with final inspections, completion of all punch list items, and a thorough site cleanup, delivering a fully operational, move-in-ready space.
