Reliant Construction partnered with Goodwill as the design-build contractor for a new ground-up retail and donation facility in Brighton, Colorado. Built on a 3.2-acre site, the project was designed to support high-volume retail operations, efficient donation processing, and long-term durability while maintaining strict compliance with Goodwill’s national brand standards.
