Commercial Building Erection for Aspen Skiing Company
This project involved the installation of five engineered Sprung structures for Aspen Skiing Company across multiple high-elevation resort locations in Aspen and Snowmass Village, Colorado. Reliant Construction served as the structural installation contractor, responsible for full on-site assembly of each pre-engineered membrane building system. Each structure measured approximately 30 feet by 60 feet and was installed to support resort operations in a demanding alpine environment.
The scope of work included structural frame assembly, membrane panel installation, insulation integration, door and window installation, and coordinated material staging at each site. Work was executed under strict scheduling constraints to align with seasonal resort operations and weather conditions.
Coordinated Multi-Site Building Installation
