Full Job Description

The schedule dictates the entire day in the dental office. The Patient Scheduling Coordinator works closely with the Patient Relations Coordinator to develop a plan to fill any openings in the schedule and in meeting daily production goals. The schedule is a game and the Patient Scheduling Coordinator is running the plays with the goal of winning the day, week and month!

This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with patients and teammates. It also requires excellent time management and organization skills. Amongst other tasks, the Patient Scheduling Coordinator handles all patient scheduling, incoming communications, and accurate posting of procedures charged throughout the day. A positive attitude and experience in customer service are required to uphold our standards around patient experience.
